Bokashi Bran, Bronwyn is an amazing service provider! Even though I wrongly reviewed this product (above) she went out of her to supply me with a bokashi bin and bran with the assurance I would not have the same experience I had with Earth Probiotics. Thank you, Bronwyn. I will be getting all my composting products from Bokashi Bran.

Bronwyn, is an exceptional service provider! I mistakenly reviewed this product. The strainer and bucket that buckled was purchased from Earth Probiotic and not Bokashi Bran. Despite having given a wrong review, Bronwyn went out of her way to supply me with a new bucket and bran, and most importantly assurance that I would not have the same problem. I have now switched over to Bokashi Bran products. Thank you, Bronwyn. I have had an amazing and effortless experience with Bokashi Bran.

Dear Shivani,
Thank you so much for retracting your previous review. It really means a lot to the Bokashi Bran team.
More importantly, we are thrilled to have your faith restored in the bokashi system. Food waste is a very urgent issue that needs everyone’s commitment to solve. I am blessed to be part of this journey of offering an easy, sustainable, inexpensive solution for diverting food waste from landfill. Thank you for your very positive and encouraging words.
Kind regards,
Bronwyn

I owned the rectangle shaped bokashi container which is sturdier than this round bin. The plastic stage of the round container has completely buckled from the weight of the compost that the bokashi liquid now leaks from the container. Please bring back the rectangle containers.

Hi Shivani,
The rectangle shaped bokashi containers were imported from Thailand. They were only 16 litres in capacity and over time, their lids cracked and could not be replaced. Personally, I loved the look of them but they were not really suitable for the South African market. The “plastic stage” that you speak about in your comment is not a Bokashi Bran straining tray. Please correct me if I’m wrong but the tray that you have, has removable feet. The Bokashi Bran straining tray has no removable feet and will not collapse. If it is our straining tray, we will replace it FREE OF CHARGE. We haven’t had a single tray returned in 9 years. Please send me a private email on bron@bokashibran.co.za and I will personally make sure you get a new straining tray if it was our straining tray that collapsed.
