We believe Tracey is awesome with quality control. If, however, she missed something and you believe you have a defective product, kindly return the product in its original packaging and we’ll gladly replace it free of charge, excluding transport.

Our buckets, taps and straining trays are of the highest quality. If any of these items appear to be defective during your first 12 months of purchase, kindly return them to us and we’ll gladly replace it free of charge. Excludes transport.
Delivery Methods:
Deliveries to main centres will be delivered via door to door courier. For small value items, these will be sent to your nearest Clicks. All deliveries to areas outside of main centres, will be delivered to your nearest Clicks.
