We want you to be happy with your Bokashi Bran® products. If you’re not, we’ll make it right.
30-day guarantee on all products. If you’re unhappy with any product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll refund the purchase price in full.

• Return shipping fee:
  Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we pay the return shipping, and you can choose a refund or a replacement.
  Change of mind: you pay the return shipping, and the original delivery fee is not refunded.

  How to return: email info@bokashibran.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return (a photo helps if the item is faulty). We’ll reply with instructions on how to send it back.

  Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method, once we’ve received the item. There is no restocking fee.
